Starting small, but still a great deal!

After the Trump Institute Seminar, I met a woman in the class who was looking to sell her business, a private hair salon. I had no experience in the hair salon business, but was confident if the numbers made sense I could learn pretty quickly. Within the following week I met the seller at the property and negotiated the sales price down from $55,000 to just $7,000! Shortly after that I was approved to take over the lease by the property manager at a monthly rate of $780. It took me just 3 days of running a free local ad to find the perfect tenant for the salon; I collected a $2,000 security deposit and $2,000 per month thereafter. I only spent $300 painting a wall and installing a new sink, and the place was up and running 2 days later.
